The Project
DoorWays is established to support and assist young people aged 13-25, living in and around Saltburn, to experience fuller integration in their community, thereby improving their conditions of life and developing their physical, emotional and spiritual capacities.The project aims to work with young people to develop facilities and support networks that will benefit them and to provide the kind of support, advice and information that compensates for the difficulties faced by many young people in the area.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday: 10am - 5pmWhat we do

- Listening in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
- On site internet searches for information.
- Organise social events for young people i.e. trips and courses.
- provide a Drop-in center for socialising and computer entertainment facilities.
- Development of budgeting and life skills.
- Food store for emergency situations.
- Networking with other relevant agencies in order to assist young people to access appropriate accommodation/ services through the local authority and voluntary sector.
